Julie is a terrific, patient realtor. She held my hand while I waffled about every apartment in Philadelphia and rolled an eye. She was knowledgeable and made every process easy. All I had to do was show up and decide whether I liked a place. Highly recommended.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Julie did a fantastic job selling my parents home. She knew the market and the community and priced it perfectly. The house went up for sale on a Wed.,there were 10 showings from Thurs. thru Mon. By Mon. night we had 3 offers and accepted the winning bid Wed. night. The house sold in 7 days!!!!!!! We live out of state and had to sell the house for my elderly father who has dementia. The whole process could have been a nightmare,but Julie worked diligently to keep everything on track.She was in touch with us on a daily basis, keeping us updated on what was happening and what we needed to do so that the closing would go smoothly. Everything went perfectly.

Julie is a terrific agent! I met her while searching for apartments in south philly. Julie is very professional, courteous, kind, and returns e-mails, phone calls very quickly. It was a true pleasure going through this process with her, which can be so daunting, as Julie is reliable and always helpful. Julie was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process. She was always extremely responsive to all of our requests and questions. While search for our home she was extremely patient while we were trying to figure out exactly what we were looking for and was able to guide us as first time home-owners. Once we found our home she was able to negotiate a great price on her behalf.
Thanks to her we were able to go through the post contract and closing process very smoothly. She helped us understand each and every step, her throughness led to a smooth and quick closing process.
