Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $1.9M in South End, Boston, MA.
As a real estate attorney and home owner for the past 20 years I have always known the value of a good real estate broker. I am tied into the residential real estate world but recognize I do now know as much as realtors when it comes to values and the market trends. I am also a tough customer as far as expectations go and Julie and Arianna were outstanding. I was undecided about whether I wanted to sell my unit and Julie kept me apprised of the market as it starting changing on a monthly basis to the point where the market persuaded me to list – my comment to her before listing was “if you get me that price then I will sell”. Two weeks later Julie presented me with a full price offer. Months earlier I met with a few brokers and Julie and Arianna were the only ones to follow up on their own with me and it cold not have worked out better.
