I enter all the criteria of what my buyers are looking for into my computer. I have a program that checks multiple times a day to see if any properties come onto the market that fits their criteria and then emails the client immediately to notify them.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I look up all the comparable properties and calculate the fair market value of the home they are interested in.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
I enter them on the multiple listings service, many home finder websites including Re/Max.com ,I also have Open Houses and put signs on the properties.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
I advertise it well so many buyers view the property, run comparable sales and counter ofers for highest and best offers.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Make thier homes as clean and uncluttered as possible , available to view and fill out all neccessary disclosures in a timely matter.
