Julie can be counted on to answer your questions quickly and efficiently. She spends a lot of her time investigating all the properties that are available. She is outgoing and has a great attitude. She will help find you a place whether it is to rent or buy. I was very happy with her service. She also helped me get my lease extended another year even though it was on the weekend that I realized that it needed to be done. Within a couple of hours all the paperwork was sent and received. This service is above and beyond what most people would see using another realtor.

This lady really knows her stuff. This rural county is moving right along and people from all over desire property here. Just 16 miles from Charlottesville and she knows the county better than the tax man.
I receive e-mail up dates on a regular basis and she guides the seller through the issues of selling property,

Julie was a godsend when we moved here! As a military family, moving is a common occurrence for us, and Julie made this move one of the easiest moves we've ever made! Being a military spouse, she understands our needs, the military quirks, and what an emotional state we might be in due to the move--and she is very patient and understanding when it comes to this! Julie is also very knowledgeable of this area, not only Charlottesville and Albemarle, but Greene, Orange, Madison counties too; as well as the schools, churches, and good places to eat! Everything a family moving to the area needs, as well as a local family looking for change.
Julie is honest and straightforward, is very patient and does not push you to make a quick decision, She wants YOU to be happy! She's not afraid to tell you the house might not be the right house for you, let's keep looking. We looked at so many houses until I found "the one".
