Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $150K in Erie, PA.
I would recommend anyone considering buying or selling a home to call Julie, she not only is very professional and does a great job, but more important she cares about her clients.
I have bought 4 houses from her, the first one had to meet strict requirements about zoning and how many buildings on the lot and Julie found me exactly what I needed...what a great realtor. The other 3 are investment homes , she not only found me great deals but also the tenants...what a great realtor...she is the best realtor I have ever worked with...buy your home from her.
Julie calls you back right away or picks up when you call-very important to me.
I was pleased with her persistence in contacting the seller's agent and getting the answers I needed to make the deal happen. Julie is easy to work with and has a great outgoing personality that makes her fun to work with.
