Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $200K in South Reno, Reno, NV.
Justin is professional in all accounts. He follows up and works hard for his client.I would recommend him anytime and in fact he is going to be selling my next property.
Courteous and respectful to tenenants that were in the rental and always contacted them to let them know there was a showing. Kept me informed every step along the processs. Always did exactly what he said he was going to do.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in South Reno, Reno, NV.
Justin recently helped us find and purchase the perfect house. I have worked with other realtors in the past, and Justin is a cut above. He was always readily available to show us houses we found, and he found additional ones for us to see. He worked with us for over a year until we found the house we wanted. With this strange market with cash buyers sweeping up deals, he was able to get our offer in and get it accepted. He also made sure we understood all aspects of the buying process. I highly recommend Justin. He was very good at listening to what we wanted in a new home and trying to find a match. He was very patience as we looked at a lot of homes. His knowledge of the market was extremely helpful in selling our old home.

Bought a home in 2013.
We were referenced to Justin by a friend and could not be happier. When we met we had some very specific criteria we wanted to find in a house, Justin listened to every word and narrowed it down very quickly. We visited a handful of houses and found the right one almost immediately. The process of getting our home loan was also very smooth with his assistance, every question we had was answered almost instantly, either by phone, text, or email.

We had a few critical must haves when choosing our home and I would have to say some agents would have just laughed and not put it in their search criteria. Justin understood what we wanted and searched accordingly. He was available or called back very quickly every time I called or sent out a text.

Justin Hertz: AGENT EXTRAORDINAIRE! Starting with a chance contact at an open house, it became quickly apparent that Justin was very knowledgeable about the Reno market and exceptionally able to zero in on the type of property we wanted, despite the sometimes vague and self-contradictory directions we gave him. Justin patiently took us to see numerous properties over the course of a couple of months, eventually finding an exceptional value for us. Justin's professional and cordial approach, and the help he continued to provide in some follow-up activities after the sale shows his obvious dedication to great service.

Justin has been helping my wife and me find a home in the Sparks area. We are still in the process of looking, however he has been a great help throughout the whole thing. Whether it comes to viewing homes or preparing documentation to write offers, he has been there every step of the way.
