    Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Chatham, NJ.

    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $550K in Stirling, NJ.
    Justin understands the needs of customers and is respectful and professional. Our time never got wasted with a large amount of people viewing our home who wasn't sure about what they wanted. After a small amount of viewings, we closed a deal on a sale. Justin has splendid negotiating skills and we were thoroughly satisfied with the price we received for the sale. He was able to help us value our property correctly. We never realised that we have estimated a lower value to our property from what it is actually worth and that the current market and demand determines the price.
