Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Hackettstown, NJ.
Justin Kiliszek has my vote of confidence after a successful and speedy sale of my property. I had to relocate soon after putting my home in the market and was able to trust Justin to take care of showing people the house.
He is responsive and easy to communicate with, I certainly couldn't ask for any better qualities in an estate agent.
The buyers wanted to lower the sale price, but Justin has thorough knowledge of the market and was able to convince the them that the price is right for the property.
He really worked hard for this sale to be concluded satisfactory.

Bought a home in 2011.
I've purchased 4 houses over time and Justin Kiliszek is the best estate agent I have been dealing with, really went the extra mile to find me a property which I like. What I particularly appreciate is that he takes time to get to know his clients, he never shows you a property based on assumption that you will like it. He is also not a time waster who leaves you waiting for a reply to your questions.
I don't recall an enquiry which took longer than 24 hours to be resolved. I am very pleased with the property I purchased, my family is happy and if I should need to sell it
in the future, Justin will be the only agent I will use.

Overall a very positive experience dealing with Justin and his team of experts. A professional in all regards. Everything I required from start to finish to sell my home was all handled by them. He helped me get the price I wanted for my property, even though I was unsure if it would be possible. He also gave good advise along the way and just made everything easy and stress free. Always available to reach through phone. For selling a home, this is definitely an agent you want to consider.

Moving is a really stressful ordeal and Justin Kiliszek truly made a difference to the experience of selling my home. The most important part in dealing with him is that you can see you are receiving the highest quality service. From the first day I met him to the day my home was sold everything went without even as much as a hint of trouble. He intensively advertised my property and sourced only the best potential buyers. He also always reminded me before there was a viewing of my property, with my busy schedule it sometimes slipped my mind, but I received a quick call to remind me every time. I am so glad a friend recommended him to me and now I am also recommending him as a top class estate agent.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Chatham, NJ.
I put Justin Kiliszek in charge of renting out my property last year after my work required me to move my family to Australia. It has been a pleasure doing business with him. The tenants are perfectly matched, they are staying long term in the property and are working professionals who pays the rent on time each month.
When any repairs needs to be done, Justin attends to it swiftly, he is easy to reach by phone and is capable of choosing the right company to complete any repairs and always makes sure the price matches my budget.
It's been a stress free experience dealing with Justin and I recommend him for high quality and a service you can rely on.

Justin understands the needs of customers and is respectful and professional. Our time never got wasted with a large amount of people viewing our home who wasn't sure about what they wanted. After a small amount of viewings, we closed a deal on a sale. Justin has splendid negotiating skills and we were thoroughly satisfied with the price we received for the sale.
He was able to help us value our property correctly. We never realised that we have estimated a lower value to our property from what it is actually worth and that the current market and demand determines the price. He gave us advice on how to prepare the exterior and interior to increase the sales potential.

I bought a family home through Justin Kiliszek. I have been dealing with other agents when selling and buying properties and I can confidently say, Justin is on the top of my list of agents. Very skilled and talented in his trade. He can negotiate a good price for a property because he has so much experience and knowledge. He is quick to respond and doesn't allow any detail to slip away. His staff is well trained as well and assisted me with questions and paper work. I recommend them without a doubt.

Following intensive research on the best potential agent for selling my home, I found Justin online.
He didn't disappoint and even surpassed my expectations.
Due my work requiring moving to another state, I needed a sale quick. Selling during these rocky times is not the easiest task and facing the stress of moving, I didn't need the strain of dealing with the sale.
