Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Chatham, NJ.
I put Justin Kiliszek in charge of renting out my property last year after my work required me to move my family to Australia. It has been a pleasure doing business with him. The tenants are perfectly matched, they are staying long term in the property and are working professionals who pays the rent on time each month.
When any repairs needs to be done, Justin attends to it swiftly, he is easy to reach by phone and is capable of choosing the right company to complete any repairs and always makes sure the price matches my budget.
It's been a stress free experience dealing with Justin and I recommend him for high quality and a service you can rely on.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $550K in Stirling, NJ.
Justin understands the needs of customers and is respectful and professional. Our time never got wasted with a large amount of people viewing our home who wasn't sure about what they wanted. After a small amount of viewings, we closed a deal on a sale. Justin has splendid negotiating skills and we were thoroughly satisfied with the price we received for the sale.
He was able to help us value our property correctly. We never realised that we have estimated a lower value to our property from what it is actually worth and that the current market and demand determines the price. He gave us advice on how to prepare the exterior and interior to increase the sales potential.

I bought a family home through Justin Kiliszek. I have been dealing with other agents when selling and buying properties and I can confidently say, Justin is on the top of my list of agents. Very skilled and talented in his trade. He can negotiate a good price for a property because he has so much experience and knowledge. He is quick to respond and doesn't allow any detail to slip away. His staff is well trained as well and assisted me with questions and paper work. I recommend them without a doubt.

Following intensive research on the best potential agent for selling my home, I found Justin online.
He didn't disappoint and even surpassed my expectations.
Due my work requiring moving to another state, I needed a sale quick. Selling during these rocky times is not the easiest task and facing the stress of moving, I didn't need the strain of dealing with the sale.
I was able to leave everything in the capable hands of Justin and his team. They made the process stress free. Even with the short time frame available for finding a buyer I received the price I wanted. For selling your home this is a highly recommended agent.

We are foreign investors from the U.K who purchased a property through Justin Kiliszek in New Jersey. Communication with this agency online and by phone was easy and their response time quick. We benefited from their years of experience in the local area and were able to find exactly what we were looking for. We owe a big thank you to Justin Kiliszek and his team for the help and support provided in our search for a property. They take a positive and proactive approach which really kept things moving forwards.
They knew the properties they were showing us. We were able to have informed and sensible conversations and answers to most of our questions there and then.
We are especially happy that any questions that couldn't be answered straight away, were swiftly answered with a call back. What could turn into a long and dragging process went really smooth.

We were glad to find Justin after dealing, or trying to deal with several other agents. We had trouble getting agents to return our calls and to make time to show us properties.
With Justin my family truly felt like we were important and our time is respected. He has good local knowledge and anything he does not know, he makes an effort to find out and promptly call to give you the information.
The choice of properties we were given were varied and to our criteria. He also managed to negotiate a good price for us. A recommended agency, especially if you are looking for someone who values you as a client.

This is a very easy to deal with agent. Friendly, professional and with a hands on approach. We were given a wide choice of properties to choose from, it really helped us shape the idea of what we want in a new home. We liked the fact that he knows the local area very well and was able to get all the information about schools, shops and general information which is important when choosing a new area to live in.
