Jason Williamson is originally from New York City and moved to the Raleigh/Durham area after his exposure to the area while in the Marine Corp. He served in the first Gulf War and attended Campbell University in the early 90's.
His first experience to the real estate field was as a Manager for a small supply company and fell in love with the process as a whole. He quickly grew a fan base as he had excellent customer service skills with the various builders he worked with.
He soon joined one of the largest national builders and was the Rookie of the year for sales and Sales Person of the year the following year. He decided to go into management with various builders in the Triangle and even ventured into the Florida market where he lead a team of agents to record number sales for the Tampa Divison. He worked in a management capacity until he decided to go back into the sales end of the business for a brief stint and then moved back to the Raleigh/Durham area as this is where is heart was.
The birth of Advantage Realty was born out of the void that he and his partner Andre saw that needed to be filled in having actual sales people selling homes vs. real estate agents that have no sense of how to engage buyers or sellers in a fashion that educates as well as confirms there buying decisions appropriately. Jason is a person that is concerned about doing a great job on all fronts and creating win win scenarios for all parties.
15 years in the business makes him a true asset when it comes to structuring great deals on both sides of the transaction.
