John not only sold my home of 35 years, but negotiated what is still the best price for my new 4300+ square foot dream house in this community. He is extremely knowledgeable and very well connected in the community. Knows the market and provides excellent advise if you are willing to take it. He is also a very good listener. He helped us find reasonably priced and careful household movers as well as a roof inspector, locksmith and many other resources needed when buying/selling a home. We listened to and followed John's advice regarding preparing our home for resale and sold our home in less than 60 days in a very tight market. He was professional throughout and was always there to answer our many questions and provide guidance. In today's world of business it is very reassuring to find a business person with such high integrity as John. When we were in the final days of closing the deal to purchase our new home and we were up against the clock, John never lost sight of everyone's responsibility at this critical juncture.
