Bought a home in 2011.
John is personable, knowledgeable, and very accessible. He always accommodated our scheduling requests. John understands real estate in Marin and does thorough research based on what the client wants. We looked for over a year and he stuck through it with us until we found the exact right fit. Definitely would recommend John!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $850K in Novato, CA.
John not only sold my home of 35 years, but negotiated what is still the best price for my new 4300+ square foot dream house in this community. He is extremely knowledgeable and very well connected in the community. Knows the market and provides excellent advise if you are willing to take it. He is also a very good listener. He helped us find reasonably priced and careful household movers as well as a roof inspector, locksmith and many other resources needed when buying/selling a home. We listened to and followed John's advice regarding preparing our home for resale and sold our home in less than 60 days in a very tight market. He was professional throughout and was always there to answer our many questions and provide guidance. In today's world of business it is very reassuring to find a business person with such high integrity as John. When we were in the final days of closing the deal to purchase our new home and we were up against the clock, John never lost sight of everyone's responsibility at this critical juncture. John was in constant contact with all the parties to ensure no one dropped the ball and the deal timely closed. There were some challenges along the way but John used his knowledge and influence to keep everyone moving forward. I highly recommend John because he possess it all; expertise, experience, business savvy, great connections, good communicator, high integrity, caring, patience, enjoyable to work with and for me personally, phenomenal results.

Showed home in 2011 in Novato, CA.
I have known John for 6 years and would encourage any Marin buyer or seller to list or buy through John. John knows the market like no one else and grew up in Marin. John is best able to describe the ins and outs of the local area and provide insight into specific neighborhoods, schools, etc. I recommend John to everyone I encounter seeking real estate brokerage services and have never once heard a negative comment on John's services and results.

Sold a home in 2011.
John did a great job helping us close on a short sale property in Mill Valley. He expertly negotiated with the seller's brokers and helped up steer through the process with the bank.
I'm hoping to complete a couple more fixer-uppers over the next couple years and John will be the first person I call.

John was an excellent relator! We would highly recommend him. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to help us find a home. When we placed an offer on the first home we found, and it did not work out, John contacted us one hour later with another option.
