I feel some of my strengths are my ability to negotiate hard for my clients , my ability to find value in the Dallas markets and offer complete transparency in the the details while shopping for a home so the people I work with can feel very much in control of every step. I understand how overwhelming yet exciting it can be to buy a home and I do my best to match that excitement while also making sure my clients are aware that my number one priority is making sure they are buying the home they love but also getting it at a price that makes sense for them in the short term and long term. I am extremely knowledgeable when in comes to real estate and do my best to learn about new inventory in the markets I am focused on. I specialize in the Lakewood and M streets area and also do a large amount of work in the Park Cities and uptown area's. I truly try to do my best to go above and beyond expectations while enjoying the process every step of the way. I am a former Division 1 athlete, and I know a competitive agent makes a good agent. More than selling homes my greatest thrill is seeing a client that is happy with my service and thrilled about the investment/ home they buy.

Jordan seemed to know the local area well. He was very responsive when showing properties, although often late for appointments. Unfortunately once his name was on the final offer he disappeared. During challenges with the seller where we could have used him most, he never responded. His knowledge of the process was low and his lack of attention to detail particularly as it related to HOA fees cost us nearly $7K in the end. Even though we requested it from him he never challenged the sellers on things like closing date and costs. In fact he informed us we had agreement on a final price and closing when what the seller returned was not even a valid contract. In the end I would not recommend him. If you use him you will need to validate each step along the way.

This is an inaccurate description of my efforts. I helped this client purchase a condo 60,000 dollars under value and the bank (seller) was unwilling to pay 5,000 in past HOA dues because of the value they were getting, which can be the case when you get such a good value. This client then demanded my entire commission to pay for the dues. I have done close to 200 transactions and never worked with a more difficult client. Please do not take this as an accurate description. As far as being unresponsive, I was working with 3-4 clients one day and they called me 30 times to get me to pay the HOA dues and then yelled at me demanded my entire commission and once I realized how ungrateful they were for anything I did I realized I needed to remove myself from the situation. They had every opportunity to not pursue the property well before any money was at risk and they still pursued the condo because it was such a great value.

Jordan is a great agent. He really does pay attention to what clients have to say and seeks to show properties which he knows the clients will like. He is very patient, polite and responsive. I would highly recommend Jordan. If you want to an agent who listens to you and will actually puts in the effort to find you exactly what you are looking for, then Jordan is the right guy for you.  More Less

Bought a home in 2013 in Oak Lawn, Dallas, TX 75219.
