Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $625K in Fairgrounds, San Jose, CA.
I first met Kim in 2010 when I was buying my first home. I had 3 months to move out of my old place because my landlord's house was being foreclosed on. I went with a VA loan through USAA, and Kim came recommended through their program. I couldn't have had a better experience. Kim made things happen for me that most realtors would not have been able to: first of all, she showed me a ton of homes in a very short time, and of course I picked a bank-owned home. Although Kim warned me that bank-owned processes can take a while to go through, I was comfortable that she could make it happen in the short time I needed to move. And she did! She worked closely with the bank's realtor and negotiated that the bank would do all the Section 1 clearance work-WOW! We closed under asking, with repairs, and on time. I made $200K on that house in a little over two years. Needless to say, when I was ready to sell and buy again in 2013, I hired Kim again. Kim made great recommendations to stage my home to get maximum dollar for it. She was right on with what the house should sell for, and I quickly got what I wanted for the home. I had the same experience with Kim buying again, this time with a conventional loan. We literally had that buy wrapped up in days before the seller could get any other offers in, which was amazing in a market this past summer where you couldn't get a decent home in Cali without entering into a bidding war. I love my new home, and I bought it $80K under appraisal! The thing about Kim is that she knows how to make whatever her client wants happen--her best asset is her responsiveness--she is there for you, and she will work with whatever her client wants to do--within the law, of course. I would recommend Kim to anyone who wants to purchase a home at any price, under any circumstance.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2008 for approximately $450K in Downtown, San Jose, CA.
Kim was my agent for my very first home purchase. She was patient and helpful during months of searching for *the* right place in a limited neighborhood area. On top of that, the property that eventually became my first home was a short sale. There were additional twists and turns in the process and I needed to get a contractor to deal with several issues. Kim helped me through it all and was on site multiple times with the contractor, the inspector and me. When I finally closed and got the keys, the seller left the place filthy and full of unwanted belongings in the garage (knee deep), broken furniture and even food tucked away in various cabinets. Kim took care of it. She got cleaning crew in there and a disposal company to haul away the trash. Kim is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with even in difficult sales like this one.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $675K in Morgan Hill, CA.
I would highly recommend Kim, she is very friendly, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, easy to work with and always available. She kept in constant communication with me and was always on top of what needed to be done next. I was so happy with her services from when she helped me buy a home in 2009 that I used her services again to buy another home in 2012.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $700K in Willow Glen, San Jose, CA.
Kim helped me sell my house right as the market was starting to turn around during Summer 2012. She knew how to stage the house and what inspections I should do vs what I should have the buyer do. My front room was a bold combination of yellow and red which I loved but she knew if I painted it a more neutral color it would appeal to more buyers. I resisted at first but finally agreed and believe it did make a difference in ultimately getting an offer. She was always on time for the open houses (we had many as the market was just heating back up) and most of the time she stayed late to accommodate any potential buyers. Kim was always reachable or promptly returned calls. She always made sure I knew her schedule and she always understood mine. I also have a dog so she was really good working around him. I would highly recommend Kim whether you're on the buying side or the selling side.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $825K in Blossom Valley, San Jose, CA.
Working with Kim was a great experience from start to finish! She helped us to sell a townhouse and purchase a new home. She was very quick to understand what were were looking for in a home and was great at weeding out properties that didn't meet our needs. This was great in terms of making the best use of our time when we went out to view homes. Kim found us a beautiful home - she was so on top of things that we were actually the first people to view the home, which allowed us to get an offer in early and close the sale. She was great during negotiations, and was always responsive and kept us informed. Selling the townhouse also went very smoothly and she was incredibly helpful in terms of staging and references for minor repairs.

Not only is she incredibly skilled at her job, she's also very nice and pleasant to be around. I would definitely work with Kim again and recommend her very highly!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Fairgrounds, San Jose, CA.
I worked with Kim two years ago when I bought my first house. As most newbies, I was clueless with all the real estate terminology and process, but luckily Kim was really great in explaining everything.

She is very responsive, TRUSTWORTHY and knowledgeable. I have recommended anyone that I know looking to buy a home to contact Kim. You won't be disappointed!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Morgan Hill, CA.
Very patient, we were not the easiest of buyer's, and was amazing with our kids. We spent multiple years looking at listings before finally buying. Kim never seemed perturbed or irritated. We placed bids countless times and backed out a couple of times on bids that were accepted for various reasons, and Kim never complained. She was also very positive when the deals we tried to get didn't go through.

I will definitely turn to Kim when I have future real estate needs.

Our family has been able to purchase three homes with Kim. And our friends have used her as well. She is knowledgable and patient and uses her expertise to guide families through what could be a stressful time. Kim takes away that stress by listening to her clients wants and needs and finding the perfect place for them.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in Berryessa, San Jose, CA.
Kim was an excellent realtor. She walked us through every step of the process to sell our home of 25 years. She responded quickly to our many emails and phone calls and made what could have been a very stressful time quite pleasant. She also spent many hours showing us rental properties when it was time to transition between our old home and our new home. We would definitely recommend her as a realtor.
