Kathy Holmes was very nice in the beginning. I call her a few days before I wanted to see some houses. I told her what houses I wanted to see and she said that she would take care of it and get back to me later that day. In the mean time I got my letter of approval for a loan and confirmed with her in the same day. Well she called me the day we were suppose to see the houses and said she could not show me the houses. She said that she was to busy and it was out of her way. Now I could not believe what she is telling me at this point. I called her days earlier to make this happen and she failed me. I call her to complain and she kept hanging up on me. So after I left her a nasty message I added that she was missing out because I had a 40k down payment on a house. That sure changed her tune and she ended up calling me back and we ended up seeing the houses. All I can say is she is not out for the customers best interest, only hers.
What this buyer does not mention is that I had a scheduling conflict w/ an out of town buyer . I ended up splitting my day with the out of town buyers-- showed them their first round of homes before I met this fella -sent them to lunch for a few hours-- showed this guy the homes he wanted to see-- and then joined back up with the out of towners for an afternoon run. I never said I was too busy-- I said I had a conflict-- and it was the night before -- not the day of. I made things work for this guy-- Not because of money-- and anybody that has ever worked with me knows I am one of the least money-motivated agents in the business -- but because he had tried to set things up days in advance and because I was able to make things work with the cooperation of the other buyers. So-- MR-- berate me all you want. Sometimes things just happen. You had all of my attention the hours we spent together that day and I did a good job for you. I hope you found a house that you love-
