Sold a home in 2004.
I met Mina at an open house I attended for a friend. She was so friendly and knowledgable that she impressed me right away. About a year later when we were ready to buy a home, I immediately thought of Mina and tracked her down. Once she became my realtor we also became friends. She's warm caring and knows her real state. Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $250K in West Haven, CT.
Mina was wonderful, patient and committed to hekping me find the exact home for me. she drove miles and miles with endless drive to not give up. When we were not on the road I receiv ed e-mails daily with homes to check out or drive by before scheduling an appointment to go in. This I felt was excellent because it gave me an opportunity to check out the neighborhood or see if I even wanted to go in, this saved time for me to put more focus on the homes I was interested in. Mina was also not pushy or rushing me into anything. Mina would even offer critical advice as to what she felt was not a good purchase, she would help me see the flaws I did not not directly observe. Mina also helped me sell my home and placed it on the market at a price that we all thought was fair and so did the new buyers who actually bought the home at full asking price, you cant do any better than that,

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Hamden, CT.

She made all properties with in my puchase rage available for me to view online as well as gaining entrance into the properties within my schedule. She demonstrated a high level of competency in the skills and knowledge and required in helping me acquire the home that I am currently in today.
