Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in East Bridgewater, MA.
There are so many great things that I would like to say about Karen. First off, she is very patient and very understanding from the moment I met her. As this was our families first home, we had LOTS of questions, she was always there to answer them, no matter when I called, texted or emailed her. I never felt like I was a bother to her. She also has a lot of resources that we very helpful to us. Once we found the place that we loved, Karen was on it!!!, and she did everything that she could to help us along the way. We are so happy with what she has done for us. We could not be happier. Not only did we find an amazing realtor, we found a family friend. Thank you Karen,

There really isnt the right words to express my thoughts on Karen. She was amazing. She was so patient with me since this was my first time buying a home. Whatever questions I had no matter what time, or what method, email, text or phone, she always got back to me and I never felt like I was bothering her. My family is so happy with what Karen has done for us, we now own a beautiful home that we love and we all are so happy. Not only did I have a great realtor, I found a new friend, family friend as well. Karen you are the best!!!! thanks for everything you did for us.

Karen was our relator for just about six months, she was great!! We went out every.sunday too look at multiple houses each time, and she was very patient with us while we found the perfect house for our family.... On top of her patience with the long process she answered every one of our questions and if she didnt have the answer she found.it and got right back to us with all knowledge she could..... Karen is.great!!! I would defintly recommend her to family and friends and plan to do so...we are.very thankful to have had a realator that worked with us.for so long and not give.up.... Well where do I start Karen not only became our realestate agent but a friend. If you are looking for a honest agent who is willing to stop at nothing to get you a home, Karen is the absolute best choice. She worked with us for over a year, Never once did she make me feel like a burden.She will work hard for you she understands the stress and aggrevation that goes along with the process and as a first time home buyer Karen did her very best to make us educated, comfortable and very satisfied. We jumped through hoops over and over but she was right there. If it wasnt for Karen I'm not sure we would own our home. I can't tell you everything because i'd be here well for a year but I couldn't be happier with her, she was great. I hope you all choose to get to know Karen, you will be just as satisfied.

My fiance and I were referred to Karen by a friend and we couldn't be happier with the house that we are currently living in. We were looking at houses almost every weekend with Karen, and although our tastes changed somewhat throughout the process, Karen was always willing to accommodate and provide useful advice.
Bottom line: I was referred to Karen by a friend and wouldn't hesitate do the same if someone asked me for a good agent in the area.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Dartmouth, MA.
Karen made my life so much easier by finding and qualifying a great tenent even while the house was in the process of major renovations. She reacted quickly to any and all leads and contacted me immediately.
Karen is a true professional with a very stong work ethic.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Middleboro, MA.
Karen is an excellent real estate agent. I would highly reccomend her to family and friends. She made the selling process easier for my husband and I. Karen went above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She was always available when there were questions that needed to be answered. She guided us in the right direction when it became apparent that we could not sell the property and helped us through the short sale process. Without her we would not have been able to sell the property as a short sale in such a quick time frame. I highly recommend Karen Hover as a real estate agent.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2011 in Taunton, MA.
Karen was by far the best agent that my husband and I had ever worked with. Not only was she right on the ball with what WE were looking for, but she was also patient and was not afraid to tell us if we were looking at a good deal or not. We looked for two years and Karen was there up and to the end. She was the first person on the ohone when we were have "communication " problems with our mortgage broker and was hold my hand ( literally ) at the signing. Karen is smart and knows her stuff and I would not have trusted anyone else to the job.Not only was she my agent , but turned out to be a great and trusted friend.
