Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Piedmont, SC.
As we got ready to purchase our first home i asked around and got sent to karen by a family member and man did it pay off. She is excellent on every step of buying a home. Bought a home in 2012.
My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Karen to buy our first home this year. She was so great to us from the start, showing us many many houses in our search for the perfect one and helping us through the whole process from start to finish, which was very comforting as first time homebuyers. I felt like she really took the time to get to know us and figure out exactly what we were looking for in a home. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Travelers Rest, SC.
Karen returns calls promptly and meets you when she says she will. She takes all requests into consideration and tries to fit your wants with what is available. She provides any requested public record that she is allowed to access. Great personality and interested in making customer happy.
