Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Piedmont, SC.
As we got ready to purchase our first home i asked around and got sent to karen by a family member and man did it pay off. She is excellent on every step of buying a home. I wouldnt recommend anyone else she knows all the area and she is honest and gets you where you want to be at all expence. Not only did i gain a perfect home i gained a friend along the way. So if you are in the market on buying a home call her first she will help you in any way

Bought a home in 2012.
My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Karen to buy our first home this year. She was so great to us from the start, showing us many many houses in our search for the perfect one and helping us through the whole process from start to finish, which was very comforting as first time homebuyers. I felt like she really took the time to get to know us and figure out exactly what we were looking for in a home. She was very wiling to work with our schedules and was always incredibly prompt with responding to our (many) calls and emails whenever we had questions about anything. I would recommend Karen 100% to anyone looking to buy a home in this area, she's the best!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Travelers Rest, SC.
Karen returns calls promptly and meets you when she says she will. She takes all requests into consideration and tries to fit your wants with what is available. She provides any requested public record that she is allowed to access. Great personality and interested in making customer happy.

Bought a home in 2010.
I first dealt with Karen by phone, since I lived out of state. Karen was very down to earth and eliminated most of my fears of dealing with a Realtor over the phone.She went out of her way to make sure all of my concerns and needs were met.My wife and I drove down to SC to look at the home and met Karen. She was even more pleasant in person and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Needless to say, we bought the home from Karen and continue to stay in touch with her and her husband. Thank You Karen!

Bought a home in 2011.
My husband and I have been using Karen Stokes as our agent and she's absolutely wonderful. She has helped us pick out houses from the many styles that we like. Shes has also been helpfu in the area especially sice my husband and I wanted different ares. She helped up to compromise and to meet in the middle. Shes has been wonderful with everything and has answered all our questions and she has found us the oerfect home for us and our children. She is a wonderful person and has put up with us especially since we had different needs and wants. We would recommend anyone to use Karen. She's a wonderful and thoughtful person. She is there for you and to help you find the perfect home no matter what it takes. We consider her not only our real estate agent but also we consider her our friend.

Bought a home in 2011.
Karen was so patient and she worked hard for us to find the prefect place. She called several times and with each call got a better idea of what we were looking for until she came up with a winner. She had knowledge of great local resources and when she couldn't answer our question she would let us know and then get back with us quickly after she found it.She made the whole process very easy for us and was very encouraging. We would easily recommend her to anyone.
