    Showed home in 2011 in Town of Ridgefield, CT.
    I have been working with Karla for about 2 years now. ( I am writing this Jan 2012.) I have very specific needs and am not in any hurry to move and do not have my own home on the market. Hence I have been in a learning and looking mode for all these years.This has to be the REAL test of a great realtor, as Karla has always treated my questions/requests with importance and priority. She knows the Ridgefield market backwards and forwards, is very bright, very easy to work with, professional and patient to a fault. I can not speak to her negotiation skills becasue I am not there yet, but I rest assured that when the time comes, she will be as good at that as she is at all other tasks.…MoreLess
