Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Woodlawn, Portland, OR.
I have used Kaoline & Wick to buy and sell a house and I would not trust anyone else to do it. This team has the knowledge of Portland to get the job done no matter what constraints you have. They are beautiful people to work with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Mill Park, Portland, OR.
I have bought and sold 4 homes now in the Portland area and had a fabulous realtor before. However, Karoline and Wick are WITHOUT A DOUBT the BEST REALTORS I have ever had experience with. My husband found them by accident with our last sale of our home. We have been truly blessed to have found such wonderful, attentive, intuitive, professional, go getters ever!!! They go above and beyond what most realtors do and are with you every step of the process!!! Love love love them!!

As first time homeowners, Wick and Karoline did an amazing job helping us through the home buying process. They also provided a great deal of fun and authenticity to the process as well. I highly recommend them.

Bought a home in 2013.
I wish to add just a couple of comments to the favorable review submitted by my wife Karen earlier.
When we visited Portland in late January to search for a home, it was my very first time there. And, although we had been working with Karoline over the phone and through email for several months by now, I did not meet here until then.
Even though I knew of her stellar reputation from two daughters in Portland who, in recent months, had used her assistance, I was impressed from the git-go with her open and friendly manner, knowledge of both houses and neighborhoods, and her excellent communication skills. She, and as I learned later that week her husband Wick, are extremely good listeners, and they quickly become attuned to those aspects of neighborhoods and houses which the people they are assisting have identified as important.
We have also found the post-finding the right house experience very positive as well. Frankly, the process to date has been far more pleasant, efficient, and -- frankly -- speedy than I had anticipated.
Karen and I just could not recommend them more highly!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Russell, Portland, OR.
I don't think we could've been happier with our choice of realtor. Karoline took me to so many houses while I was deciding and she was always patient and upbeat and enthusiastic about the process. Then my husband came with me to Portland for a second trip and she had to do it all again and again she was patient and willing. Then she got the flu and her husband Wick stepped in to take over and finished up the process with us, and he also was wonderful to work with. We found a house that we both love!
We've been very happy with the people to whom they have referred us for inspections and tests. They were all prompt and extremely professional and efficient and knowledgeable. Karoline and Wick both gave us very good advice in making our decisions and in negotiating.

Karoline & Wick were wonderful to work with. They brought us through all the ups and downs of the home buying process and made it fun. Karoline helped us work through exactly the type of house we wanted and Wick is an invaluable source of knowledge when it comes home repair and smart home investment. And, if your new home needs work, like ours did, he is there to help line up the best contractors. Wick also made sure that we got the best deal possible, working up to the last minute to ensure the deal worked out in our favor. We would recommend working with them to any of our friends.

Excellent experience. This is the fourth home I have purchased in my life and by far the easiest experience. Wick was great to work with, timely, patient and an excellent negotiator. I highly recommend Wick and Karoline!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Beaumont-Wilshire, Portland, OR.
Thoughtful, lighthearted, and sincere. These are three qualities that come to mind when I think of Wick and Karoline. On top of this, they just know their stuff. We felt supported by Wick and Karoline throughout the entire process of finding and buying our house.
We primarily worked with Wick, but it felt like we were working with a team. A very effective team, at that. And we never doubted that they had our best interests in mind.
Some specifics that come to mind: * They were willing to write offers for us on our timeline (i.e., weekend, evening, spur of the moment). * Even when we were obsessed with Redfin, and searching homes like crazy, Wick would still find us diamonds in the rough, so to speak. I feel like he really got to know us, so he could spot houses that could have been good fits for us, that we overlooked in our own searching. * Wick was always available via text message! * Wick was very diplomatic during negotiations. I think he really helped us get the most that we could without stepping on the seller's toes.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Irvington, Portland, OR.
Karoline and Wick helped us sell our home quickly in 20012 and stuck with us while we found a home to buy. Saw alot of houses and they were always available. They good follow up service if you need help even after you are all moved in and settled.
