    Helped me rent a home.
    Kat was amazing. We had issues even getting someone else to talk to us, and kat jumped in and just really impressed us. I will most definitely recommend her to everyone I come across needing a realtor.

    I have lived in Sullivan County for the past 12 years and have been
    involved in the real estate business since 2004. I am currently a REALTOR® with Century 21 Country Realty in Monticello, NY.

    Prior to my real estate career I was a professional advertising and food photographer in NYC. My clients included Family Circle Magazine,The Wall Street Journal’s food section and Babies R Us.

    While running my own business for over 23 years, I acquired the marketing and sales skills necessary to help people sell their homes or find a new one.

    My personal passions include my kids, art photography, quilting, Lego robots, volunteering with Boy Scout troop 104 and
