My husband and I were moving to St. Louis from out of state and had just a 10 day trip to get to know the city and find a house to buy. Kathy was great. Not only did she show us houses and condos in several different neighborhoods, she drove us around the city and told us all about what there is to do and see here. She truly was a local guide and we felt like we knew the city after spending a week with her. She quickly honed in on what we were looking for and showed us some great properties. When we told he we would have a final decision, but then changed our mind and wanted to look at a few more places, she was more than happy to change plans and make more appointments for us. She said she wanted us to have no regrets and feel like we saw everything before we made a final decision. We were also first time home buyers, and she clearly explained the entire process. She was able to answer any questions we had and made sure we understood all the steps involved in buying a home.
