Kathy Iverson began her real estate career in 1987 and joined SSF as a member of the Arrowhead team in 1990. She and her husband of 32 years, Ron, call Arrowhead home and have three grown children, Katy, Matt and Billy and five grandchildren, Gracie, Jesse, Annika and Linnea and Heidi. 

Kathy loves sharing the community with friends and potential clients.  She feels that her experiences from her previous career as a nurse help her to relate well with all people and helps her truly understand their needs. 

For an unprecedented 12th time, Kathy Iverson received Slifer Smith&Frampton's (SSF) prestigious top honors for the 2008 fiscal year. 

Working from the Arrowhead Sales Office, Iverson closed with 99 buyers and sellers totaling over $160,000 million in sales volume.  This record-breaking volume has also been recognized by the Wall Street Journal where she is ranked as one of the 25 highest producing Realtor in the nation by Sales Volume, three years in a row. 

Recently Kathy and her son Matt, each having their own client base, are also teaming up as The Iverson Team.   They also have their own full-time listing and marketing broker assistant, Susan Watt.  By teaming up, they are able to give their customers 24/7 professional service with integrity.
