Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Elburn, IL.
Kathy has the ability to make everyone feel like they are her most important client. She does this because she truly wants what is best for each client. She is motivated in not the sale of a home, but what is best for each family involved. I would HIGHLY recommend Kathy to anyone who wants to buy/sell a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Batavia, IL.
Kathy helped us sell our North Aurora townhouse. We had been trying to sell for almost 3 years. Kathy stepped into our home and set our minds at ease. She marketed the home extremely well and got us the offer we needed. Kathy then took us "shopping" to pick out a home that better suited our families needs. She stood by our side and helped us close on our new Batavia home in 5 quick weeks. The Kathy Brothers Team helped make our dreams a reality!

Excellent Real Estate Agent. Not only is Kathy's service excellent, she has a team in place to assist with all aspects of the selling/buying process (home inspection, mortgage contacts, real estate lawyer contacts). All of the contacts she provided us were professional and wonderful to deal with. Kathy definitely has a great team in place to handle all aspects of the buying/selling process. That, along with her knowledge of the real estate market in the Fox Valley area, makes her a top pick when listing a house.

Kathy Brothers sold my house the same day she listed it on the market!
Kathy knows Aurora and surrounding areas extremely well. She was able to provide me with necessary information to competitively price my home for a quick sale and top dollar. Prior to listing with Kathy, I used another realtor. The house sat on the market for seven months with no offers.
Kathy is highly professional, yet personal, friendly and extremely communicative. She kept me apprised of the status of the contract throughout the next few weeks prior to closing. She returned all my calls promptly and found the answers to all my questions (no matter how trivial).

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Yorkville, IL.
Kathy was an amazing agent as we went through our process of looking, selecting, negotiating, and buying our home. She was patient and long suffering with our desire to look at upwards of 75 houses and help us to find the perfect home for our family. She offered us great advice through our negotiation process and brought her many years of experience to bear through out the entire process. I would recommend Kathy everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.

Bought a home in 2009.
Kathy helped us purchase our home in Illinois. She patiently showed us every house that we asked to see and had very helpful counsel. One day, she asked if she could show us a house that was not in the area we were focused on, but she thought we should consider it. In essence, she had listened to all our chatter about the houses we had seen, and boiled it down to find the perfect house. I think we were sold the moment we set foot inside, and we are still delighted with our perfect-for-us house. Thanks, Kathy, for your patience and for listening so well!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Batavia, IL.
Kathy represented the buyers of our home in Batavia. She was extremely forthright and professional throughout the process and managed the negotiation process in a fair, equitable and timely manner. We can only speak to her professionalism at the end stage of this process but it's reasonable to assume that her approach to representing clients on the buy or sell side is one that heeds the humanity and needs of all parties involved. Prior to the close on our house, we hosted Kathy, her husband and the buyers for dinner at our home, as well as our agent and his wife and our agent who represented us for our purchase in Chicago. During the evening, it became even more apparent what an extraordinary person Kathy is and how genuinely she cares about the people she represents. There are too many agents, sellers and buyers in this market who forget about the humanity inherent in real estate transactions - Kathy is clearly someone who understands all elements and concerns related to the process and makes sure the end result is one all parties can feel good about. That's not a skill that can be taught - that's a talent and a gift with which one is blessed. If you're looking for an agent to represent you or Kathy is representing clients on the opposite side of the deal, you can trust that you're working with one of the best agents out there and someone who will ensure the outcome is fair and equitable. We feel blessed to have met Kathy and are confident she's someone you can trust.
