Choosing the right Realtor is the most important part of your buying and selling process. I obtained my Salesperson license in January 1975 and was ranked among the Top 4% of my company in Northern California for 1979. I believe that one must achieve the highest education you can in your chosen profession and that led me to obtain my Brokers license in 1983.
Since 1975 I have been serving my clients in the East Bay. In 1990, after being affiliated with a well- known national company, I joined Pacific Union International. Most of my clients come from repeat business, referrals from their family and friends or just word of mouth. I am conscientious and fight for my client's best interest. I pay attention to every detail and am in constant contact with the lender, title officer, other agent and my clients. Because of my extensive experience, I am able to see hidden problems before they arise.
With time and experience there comes knowledge. I no longer need to be the top agent, I just need to be the best agent for my clients. I received my Broker license in 1982 and was among the Top 10 agents in Northern California plus top agent for my office many times. Since 1975 I've been through many tough markets - none as tough as that at the end of the first decade of the 21st century - but people have made money in these markets and so can you. Whether buying or selling, I can help you through the process in an easy and comfortable way. There are NO stupid questions. Personally, I have bought and sold many homes through the years and have had income properties in California, Nevada and Texas. I'm also very familiar with estate sales, having worked with a top estate attorney for more than 15 years.
My credentials: Experience in residential sales since 1975 in the East Bay, Top Producer and award winning agent, Top 4% in Northern California for 1979, Broker license in 1983
My philosophy: I treat everyone with dignity and respect, with the highest integrity and ethics and perform above and beyond expectations.
Whether you're thinking of buying your first home or moving up to your dream home, it is my pleasure to provide a full range of real estate services to the buyers and sellers of single-family homes, condominiums and income properties (including 1039 exchanges) up to 4 units in the East Bay communities of Oakland, Berkeley and Piedmont.
