If you are an agent, in my area of Florida you can't use other agents photos without full disclosure.  You may want to take your own. 

Contact zillow and claim the listing as yours to delete or if it was posted on zillow by a real estate agent, contact your agent to remove it from zillow.

We have been selling real estate for many years and in other states and we have never experienced anything broken or stolen.  However, when we are showing a home to a buyer and it is our listing, we show them the home room for room answering any questions that they have.  If they are with children and many buyers do look at property with children, the buyers usually have control of the children and if they don't we tacticfully handle the situation.  

Yes it is considered a room if it is heated and cooled.  You can contact zillow aand change your information to include your bonus room.  This is an attractive selling feature if you are considering selling your home. 

Zillow only takes what sold within a certain radius of your house. No consideration is given as to the community, the condition, age, and size of lot.  Almost all homes in Zillow are valued lower than what they will get on the market today, even with a declining market.  It is not a good indicator but unfortunately some buyers think of it as an appraisal thus many buyers are losing out on purchasing great homes.  Real estate agents that I know do not even look at Zillow when preparing a market analysis.  Real estate agents that sell in your community will be the better avenue to go when evaluating your home.

This home has 2 full baths and a half bath.  The master is downstairs with a full bath which has granite counters. Half bath is also downstairs. The upstairs has three additional bedrooms and a full Bath.  The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms upstairs are 12x10 and the 4th is 16x13.  The counters in the kitchen are tile with a tile backsplash, wood floors are in the kitchen, breakfast and familyroom, cabinets in kitchen are cherry.  Any other questions, please email me at kathyhomebuys@hotmail.com  Thanks
