Bought a home in 2007.
Was very impressed with Kathy, who not only researched the area and the various locations we were interested in but also negotiated on our behalf a awsome deal and helped us with the relocation of our dental office. A joy to work with!!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Orlando, FL.
It was a great pleasure going through the selling process with a professional with such expertise. Kathy is very knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. I can say with confidence that I highly recommend her as your realtor/agent. Selling or buying can be very frustrating but with the assistance of a good agent the process would go through a lot better.
