I was really worried about selling our house short. I had heard horror stories about the process from other sellers, buyers and even friends that were agents. However, Katie made the transaction as easy as it could possibly be. Every aspect of the transaction, including dealing with the bank, was handled professionally and very quickly. This was my 3rd transaction with Katie and it certainly won't be the last. Katie (and her team) is the best!
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $900K in Escondido, CA.
We bought a Bank Owned Property from Katie . It was the easiest transaction we have ever had! She was professional and on top of everything. Her staff was the best, Robin and Derric addressed any issue we had quickly and were very nice about it!! We closed two days EARLY!!! I would highly reccommend Katie and her team. Nancy Heiland
Showed home in 2012 in Talich, Oceanside, CA 92056.
Katie was a personal referral; not sure what she did to make one friend, but the experience was not pleasant at all. Our next contact was with someone completely different; no word or explanation from Katie on being pawned off on someone else. Katie returned near the close of the transaction and almost sunk the deal in a matter a days. She was rude to me (her client!), rude to the sellers agent, and threatened to report the sellers agent to the DOC when I had to step in and call the seller and seller's agent directly to undo the damage Katie had done. At no time did I ever feel she had my best interests in mind, and truly never felt like a client. I strongly recommend you stay as far away as possible.

Jason selected a short sale property to purchase & difficulties of purchasing a short sale were explained. Jason was not passed off to anyone -on the contrary he was advised he would be working with my agent Gloria to locate a home. As the broker, I supervise every transaction. I become more invloved when difficulties arose in Jason's purchase & not due to any other reason. Towards the end of the short sale escrow, Jason demanded an additonal $3,000 credit to close from the agents or the seller. The demand was declined. I encouraged Jason to do what he thought was in his best interest & never pressured Jason to close the escrow. I advised cancellation was an option if he did not think the price & concessions already in the sale were adequate. Eventually Jason elected to close without any further monetary concessions. The seller's agent & I had worked together, there were never any threats & ended with a mutual appreciation in closing a difficult transaction.
