Kathie was a joy to work with. She was very helpful and got us the house we always wanted. I would not only work with her again but I would also tell all my friends to go with her. Simply put, Kathie was awesome.

Kathie helped my daughter and I buy a HUD house in and area where immediate action was necessary and as a result my daughter now has a house where few were available! Thanks Kathie!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Loveland, CO.
I've been and active real estate investor and builder in Northern Colorado since the late 80's. Kathie Swanson has been involved in many years of housing cycles in NoCo and has a unique perspective since she has been both a Realtor AND a Builders on site sales rep.
More importantly, Kathie is unfailingly honest. If you want someone you can trust, with a direct "no BS" attitude, Kathie is your ONLY choice.
Together, we have closed in excess of $50 million dollars worth of transactions and has the knowledge that one can only get from seeing this many different deals.
I would not choose anyone else to help me find the perfect home, or sell my home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Fort Collins, CO.
Deciding to move from Scottsdale,AZ to Fort Collins, CO in itself was very scary but when we thought of getting in touch with a realtor in an area that we basically new nothing about we were terrified. Wow.....were we LUCKY to get in touch with Kathie Swanson. She did so much work for us before we even came to Ft. Collins to look at homes. We were in contact with her every day and she knew what we wanted in our new home and did all of the foot work for us. When we actually arrived in Ft. Collins we had 9 homes to look at and among them we found the ONE for us. She made the process so easy no one could believe we found an angel of a realtor. We have recently moved into our new home and just love it. Kathy will remain one of our very close friends and we look forward to referring people to her. She is the number one gal in the real estate business here in Fort Collins, CO.

Kat Swanson went above and beyond with every step of our first home buying process. She is able to take the requests of very different styled people and work within the budget to find a home that is perfect. She is available to meet or talk on the phone for guidance which being first time home buyers was a huge comfort to us. She is extremely hard working and dedicated to the buyers. She is very knowledgable in the front range real estate area, that coupled with her vibrant work ethic make her the best realtor in area in our opinion. If you are lucky enough to get Kat as your realtor you will not be disappointed.
