Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Mundelein, IL.
Kay Phillips is a great agent and this is why. I was buying my 1st home and didn't know anything about real estate. Every place we looked at she would ask me what i liked and didn't like and etc and help me figure out what i really wanted from a home.I am now living in my dream house.Kay was very professional and helpful throughout this whole process and I highly recommend her.

Found a tenant for a home.
Kay was an awesome agent: She had great marketing-- she works with an excellent photographer who took a lot of pictures to use in the marketing; she is very accessible, and returns phone calls and emails right away; and my condo rented within a couple weeks of being put on the market at my asking price, and to what looks to be a great tenant! Very happy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Round Lake, IL.
This was our first home purchase and Kay was great to work with from the start. She was referred to us by a friend and returned my first phone call immediately. She is friendly, straightforward and extremely responsive despite being one of the busiest people I know. She made us feel like our search for starter home was just as important to her as any other client. She was there for every part of the process, explained everything as we went along, and showed the utmost patience with my multiple questions. The last thing I can say is that the house we ended up getting was one that we saw only because Kay was willing to drive us through a snow storm to see it.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Mundelein, IL.
Kay listed and sold my house within 2 weeks! When discussing list pricing, she provide comps and her recommendation, but was also willing to consider my opinions. She provided great advice on staging my home for showings as well.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Gurnee, IL.
Kay can really sell a home fast. She found out multiple tenants for our home within two weeks. She is very hard working and always responds to our questions fast. Her marketing and negotiation skills are amazing. You won't go wrong with Kay.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Gurnee, IL.
Kay is an amazing realtor and made my experience in buying my first home a good experience even though the sellers were a nightmare. When I sent my request to view a house late at night she quickly responded with when do you want to view it. I was very impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness. When calling her if she's not available she immediately calls back. She was definitely on top of the selling agent to ensure that things were taken care of and definitely answered all questions and concern. Even though she had to go on vacation as well as a family emergency occurred she was still available to us with our questions and concerns. I find her to be an honest agent. In the future if I need to buy another home I would make sure to give her a call. I have bragged a ton to people I talk to about if they need an agent she's their girl. Again if you want a realtor who is passionate and is willing to work the hours you need her to she's the agent for you.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Lake Forest, IL.
Kay was recommended to my wife and me from a friend in the business. We were first-time home buyers, and she was wonderfully patient and helpful making sure we knew what was going on each step in the process.
Her communication was AMAZING! We would email her late at night, and she would often have a reply back within the hour! She would call us any time something came up, and was always available if we needed something.
Kay is a lot of fun to be around. Easy to converse with, and showed us whatever houses we wanted to look at. She was great at giving us space to talk, and giving advice when we asked (but not being overbearing with her opinions).
All in all, it was a joy buying a home with Kay as our agent! Highly recommended!!!

Right from the beginning Kay was very prompt and helpful. She could be reached at anytime. She would always respond to text always. Any information that we asked her to provide, she would try and provide. She was patient through the whole process and always trying to accommodate our tight schedules. She finally was able to find the right house for us!
Even after the closing, she continues to help us whenever we reach out to her.
We would recommend her services whole heartedly. This review is the least we could do to convey our thanks!

I purchased a property with Kay. Kay has been wonderful in all aspect. She was having detailed knowledge about the entire process. She guided us on each and every step of process.
