Sold a home in 2013.
I worked with Kayleen to sell two rental properties this year. She is excellent to work with. She sold the homes quickly and we recieved a fair price on both. She is very responsive to questions or concerns and is a pleasure to work. I would highly reccommend her and will use her again in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Mentor, OH.
Kayleen was nothing short of amazing to work with. I started off the home buying experience with what I wanted in a house, but didn't know where to start. Kayleen put together a portfolio of potential houses and showed them to us almost immediately after contacting her, making the process quick and easy. Once we found our dream house, Kayleen negotiated the price with the sellers and they took our initial offer, making the buying process stress free for us. Kayleen was there for us throughout the entire process and helped us through a variety of new things since we were both first time home buyers. Her honesty, persuasiveness, and perseverence makes her an amazing agent and a great person to know.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Cleveland, OH.
I hired her as my (buyers) realtor as there are so good reviews but instead of her she assigned the new realtor who doesn't have any experience.We were very disappointed with the service.We felt like her assistant who got assigned to us was sellers realtor not ours.They just want to close the deal they don't care of buyer's interest.They never tell you about the negative things of the property but only stress on the good things .they will stress the good things so much that you will forget about the bad things about the house.

Sold a home in 2013.
Kayleen sold our condo, which are challenging to sell in this market, in less than 6 months. She has a great demeanor, she is personable and she is a tireless worker. She thrives on negotiations and is not intimidated by any situation which ultimately lead to the sale of our home. Kayleen is well connected on the real estate market which I learned is the key to finding a match for selling a home. She handled every step of the way with professionalism, dignity and confidence. I don't see how we could have had a better experience with any other agent.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Willowick, OH.
As a buyer I'm sure she is a very good agent but as a seller I was disappointed. There was a lack of return phone calls and after 2-3 weeks on the market I was told I should lower my price by almost $5,000 and that I was not competitive in my asking price.

There are not enough stars to rate Kayleen McDowell! Her knowledge of the business is only surpassed by her compassion for her clients and her work ethic.
Living in Los Angeles and looking for property in Lake County Ohio was not going to be an easy task...then we met Kayleen. That was 6 months ago. The first home we walked through with Kayleen would eventually be our home; however, for months she previewed many homes for us, always keeping us updated. Once a month we would fly to Ohio and spend the weekend on our search with Kayleen leading the pack. She was magnificent. Full of knowledge, well prepared with all the documentation and history on the properties. We wanted for nothing including snacks and beverages. When we knew where we wanted to be, Kayleen once again guided us through a process that I know can be very difficult. It was not!! Thanks to Kayleen. Our journey through this process was anything but conventional and she handled everything gracefully. I'm sure at times we pushed the boundaries a bit, but she would readjust and keep moving forward. Nothing ever seemed to shake her up or move her sight off the goal. We are truly blessed to have had Kayleen on our team.

Kayleen is one of the hardest working people I know.
Always available or quick to return calls with valuable information. Quarterbacked and drove the entire sales process. Great problem solver. Astute with solid intuition and recommendations.
Takes charge when necessary, ALWAYS diplomatic. Places her client(s) first.

It was a pleasure to work with Kayleen and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She was always egger and accommodating when we were setting up appointments to view potential homes. As a first time home buyer Kayleen made the experience very easy and enjoyable.

Working with kayleen was a pleasent experience she was behind me one hundered percent she was always available when i needed her she always gave me good advice and I'm glad that I chose as an agent she stood by me even when i had to switch lender which the whole process took four months she never gave up and always called and checked on the progress of the loan Thanks Kayleen i would defiently recommend her to anyone whos in the process of buying a home or selling.
