Bought a home in 2012.
We first met Kathy during an open house in 2011. The manner in which she handled the open house was very impressive and professional. We toured other open houses hosted by other agents during the early phase of our home search and none compared to the quality and professionalism offered by Kathy. Based on this encounter we decided to enlist Kathy as our agent in the search for our home. As a family who recently relocated to MN for employment it was good to have Kathy's knowledge of the area real estate and schools. She is very connected in the community and had several contacts which we utilized. She was very responsive to all of our calls and emails and always returned messages very quickly. Her knowledge of the mortgage and closing process was also very impressive. She knew more than the local bank mortgage officer and spoke up on our behalf to keep the closing on schedule. I would recommend Kathy to first time home-buyers or repeat home buyers for her expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness. She is a great buyer's agent/advocate. If the time comes that we outgrow our current house we will certainly use Kathy to sell our current house and find a new house.…MoreLess

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Loring Park, Minneapolis, MN.
In short, I would never buy another piece of Minnesota real estate without Ms. Borys' assistance. She has helped my husband and me buy and sell four homes in the last 10 years and the results of each purchase and sale have exceeded our expectations. Kathy is very professional in her approach, but is a warm and sympathetic partner in navigating the real estate process, as well. Her knowledge of the Twin Cities real estate market is enormous. Her ability to lead us through the process of finding, and buying and/or selling one of the most important elements of our lives was so appreciated. Kathy stays the course of difficult transactions and seems to make them magically become simple and complete.

She has deep knowledge of the community, a clear marketing vision and a giant Rolodex of people who can help support the staging of your house -- from house-cleaners to handy-men to photographers. She's judicious with her opinions, yet free with her advice; that's a tough-to-find but very valuable combination
