Sold a home in 2012.
We initially chose Sandra Drown as our realtor because she is extremely helpful without being pushy. That decision was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! Sandra is the BEST! She is very personable, responsive and helpful. She answered every (silly) question and concern that I had. She went above and beyond to help me get my house in the very best condition possible to make it sell - and it did! In only 35 days! I have NO DOUBT that it sold so quickly because of Sandra. She knows her stuff inside out and backwards. She took me to see comparable properties, she marketed my house brilliantly and made me feel like my house was her #1 priority! Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Lees Summit, MO.
As first-time homebuyers, we were very limited on knowledge and expertise in buying a home. Sandra valued our time and really listened to what we were looking for in a home from the first day that we met with her. She answered all of our questions and kept in constant contact with us every step of the way.
