With the increase in prices and interest rates, buyers are a bit more discerning. They are taking more time to look for properties without the pressure of competition on most, but not all properties. Dare I say we are returning to a normal market?
Selling a property requires strategy. How does the house compare to others in the neighborhood? Others in a similar price point? Online data and news articles can be confusing when applied to a very local and fluid market. Whichever side of the equation you're on, a full-time dedicated real estate professional is a tremendous asset when navigating through these constantly changing market conditions.
