Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Livermore, CA.
We stated looking for a home in April of 2012 with another agent. We did not exspect what a turbulent and aggressive market is was. After 10 offers with no success we turned to Karen. We new immediately what a difference, and with Karen's exspertice and knowledge, we were successful in getting a beautiful home in Livermore.

My wife and I met Karen Crowson at an open house in Livermore and we loved her from the start. She was well-informed, answered our questions in detail and educated us as new comers to the market, which at the time was running rampant towards the end of spring with multiple offers and low inventory. Throughout our time with Karen, she was always readily available to answer any question and made everything very clear. We had been working with an agent before who seemed more interested in getting her next listing and churning the next sale rather than taking care of our needs, but Karen was a refreshing change. We felt at ease and very confident that she was in it for us, not for improving her numbers. We worked with several different agents as a result of being undecided on location so we had a good sampling. Karen was the best. You can feel confident knowing that she’ll work with your needs and take care of all your questions. We highly recommend Karen Crowson.

Karen is absolutely fabulous! She helped us buy a smaller home to down size into in 2011. We weren't sure what we were looking for or where for a while and Karen patiently worked with us through the process of narrowing down what we wanted (through a number of false start showings [too small, too big, too much, too little, too good, too bad, too far, etc.]). She's incredibly responsive, well informed, and well networked. She's professional beyond reproach. She does detailed research, knows the people you'll need to know to buy your house (lenders, gardeners, roofers, painters, carpet layers, handymen, etc.) and gets the job done. This is our second experience with Karen and both times were great!

Karen is absolutely perfect if you're a first time home buyer. She is willing to sit down and discuss every detail of the home buying process. Carefully listen's to what you're looking for in a home, and guides you into buying the perfect house. Also she make's herself available to you if you have any questions. Would highly recommend Karen to anyone in the market for a home.

Karen was outstanding!! She was there every step of the way to answer our questions and help us get closed under a tight schedule. Also, her knowledge of the Tri-Valley area was very helpful. As new residents of Livermore, we actually feel we have been here for years with all we now know about the community, events, etc. We got moved in and are now happy in our new home. I would recommend Karen to anyone looking to purchase a home in the East Bay.

Karen was a dream come true when it came to selling our home. She went above and beyond to close a deal with a difficult buyer. She kept us in the loop with what was happening even when it wasn't the best news and we really appreciated that. She is the only realtor I will do business with in the Bay Area.

Karen was recommended to us by a co-worker in 2008 to sell our condominium. In a buyers market Karen was great. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the market allowed us to sell our property very quickly. In 2011, we were ready to purchase another property. Because we enjoyed working with Karen so much we decided to have her help us. Karen found us numerous properties which we were interested in and was very patient with us when things did not always go our way. Ultimately, we found our dream home. I don't see us moving for a long time, but I would definitely use Karen again and would recommend her to anyone

Out of the various Realtors we interviewed, Karen was by far the most thorough and well prepared, thus making her the obvious choice. Karen's strategy led to our home selling in 3 days! Her commitment didn't end there. After the sale & through the close of Escrow, she handled all the was expected and all the surprises with confidence, making our experience a much easier one.
