Kevin and his team are AMAZING to work with. They take all of the stress and complication out of buying and selling a home. They always answer my calls or at least return them right away. When I had questions they seems to always have the answer and if they didn't they were fantastic at getting the correct answers to me very quickly. Kevin is very knowledgable about Real Estate in Anchorage and the MAtsu-Valley. I sold a house in Anchorage and bought a multi-family home in the Valley. One would think it would have be extremely stressful, time consuming, and really complicated. Kevin and his team were ALWAYS right on it and handled all the leg work for me. 04/04/2012 - user799144Sold a Multi Family home in 2008 in Sand Lake, Anchorage, AK.
Back in 2008 I had a 4-plex that I needed to sell. The market in Anchorage had just started to turn and my building had taken a nose dive in value. I approached 3 different realtors in town whom I had loose relationships with and who had good reputations. 2 of the 3 said they didn't even want the listing... Said the market had turned and they were not interested in listing my $500,000 4-plex... The third said he would love to list the building & thanked me for the opportunity. After 3 months on the market, a basket-full of empty promises (& later to find out a couple out-right lies), my listing agreement with him expired and I fired him. At this time Kevin was relatively new to the real estate scene but I knew him to be aggressive, honest, and fair, which was exactly what I needed. Kevin took the listing and within 3 weeks he had the building in contract to be sold. Kevin always delivered more than he promised, told me what needed to be said (as opposed to giving me lip service like the other realtors), and sold my building quickly for a fair price. I have been working with Kevin ever since and highly recommend him to eveyone I come in contact with.
