Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in North Olmsted, OH.
Keith is an awesome agent. He is very helpful, was responsive to our requests and was flexible with our schedule. Anytime we had questions, he was available to help at anytime and returned calls quickly which really made our experience not as stressful. This guy knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. It is obvious that you can tell he enjoys what he is doing. Great job Keith, thanks for all your help!!

Keith was very professional at all times. Since I had not been through the selling process before, he was very complete in explaining the selling process to me; as well as, the paperwork involved.
Keith was very prompt in being responsive to my emails and phone calls. In the process of selling my home he was able to advise me on how to get the best possible deal and he assisted me in negotiating a price that satisfied my financial needs.
I took Keith's advice on what to do to prepare my home for the best showings and the house sold in a month of having it listed.
I was so satisfied with Keith's expertise and comfortable with working with him, that he is now assisting me in purchasing a new home.

BEST CHANCE MEETING EVER! I WAS RUNNING IN CIRCLES LOOKING AT HOMES AND MET KEITH AT A NEIGHBORING HOUSE IN THE DEAD OF WINTER. KEITH HIT THE GROUND RUNNING. HE WAS EXTREMLY ACCOMDATING FOR SHOWINGS EVEN ON THOSE FROSTY DAYS THAT WERE NOT THAT IDEAL. PAPERWORK AND PROCEDURES WERE EXPLAINED CLEARLY AND PROCESSED WITHOUT DELAY. KEITH STAYED ON TOP OF ALL FACETS AND KEPT ME INFORMED WITH QUICK RESPONSE. KEITH EXCEEDED ANY EXPECTATIONS I MAY HAVE HAD. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE DEDICATION AND THOROGHNESS KEITH BOUGHT TO THE TABLE. I WOULD WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND KEITH'S SERVICES.
