First off I will say that my wife and I were first home buyers and extremely uneducated about the home buyer process, that is until we started working with Kevin. Kevin is extremely professional in his approach. He was conscious of our needs and wants in buying our first home and made sure we stayed within our means. Kevin is very prompt and flexible when it comes to showing homes and always seems to have done his research on the neighborhood and the surrounding areas. Another added bonus to working with Kevin was his previous experience in the construction field. He always has his eyes open looking for potential hazards and deal breakers to homes. My overall experience in finding a home was great success because of the help of my realtor Kevin. He prioritized my needs ahead of his own and walked me through the entire home buying process. It was my first home purchase but it felt so easy. He was available any time I needed, was flexible in his schedule and very responsive to phone calls and emails throughout the entire process. There were many obstacles within the contract on the house I wanted but he helped me conquer them all.
