Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Vero Beach, FL.
Kelly listed, had an open house and two days later sold the house - all as promised and at a very good price. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I want to thank you and your team for the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge you have given me during the entire process of selling my house.
We are a week away from our closing due to the excellent, proactive work of you and your team.
I had tried many different realtors on the sale of my house and you were the only broker who gave me direct answers and solutions so the house could be in optimum selling order. Your team was the only team that kept me informed of when my house was being shown and what the outcome was. It was a breath of fresh air not to have to chase down realtors asking what the results of showings were. You also made sure to send me emails of where you listed my house and I was very impressed with how many markets you reached. Again, you were the only realtor who did that. You didn’t stop at listing it in one place.
I thought it was a great idea when you suggested that I add the Home Warranty to my contract. That was a fantastic suggestion because it protects the seller as well.
I would recommend you as a realtor for anyone who is anxious to sell their house for a good and reasonable price.

Kelly listed our house and we had constant showings and an offer/contract in about 5 weeks! Her marketing was the key. Her office gave us emails, texts, phone calls keeping us constantly updated. She is such a professional but at the same time comfortably personal. We would use her again or tell others our experience.

It has been a few weeks since our move, and we are happily settling in our new house. When we contacted Kelly we were not sure if our plans would work out because we knew our house's value was less than when we bought it a few years ago. But, it was too big and more work than we could handle anymore, so we decided to go ahead. Kelly assured us that even if we sold for a little less, the selection of homes available and the much lower prices would help even it all out when we purchased another home - and she was right! We sold our home for more than we expected, plus Kelly handled every last detail, including hand delivering papers when needed and answering all our questions. She also helped us find a wonderful new home and negotiated us a great deal and we could not be any happier. Our new home is beautiful, comfortable and more affordable. If you want an agent who is honest, hard working and really cares about you, Kelly is the answer. She is not just a realtor, but also a friend. We recommend her (and her assistant Loretta) enthusiastically!

I'm astounded, didn't know it was Kelly, she doesn't look at all like the photo. I did not list with her because of her arrogance, she interrupted me when i spoke and led me to believe she knew the market better than ANYONE does! She told me my home was not worth what i thought it to be,I felt as though she was taking advantage of me. I in turn sold the home myself for 20 thousand dollars more than her "suggested" listing price. She is not good seller"s agent. Kelly looks after Kelly.

It's funny that this should appear today, over a year after the "supposed" event and just a few days after my pastor talked about attacks on our character by random people with unknown agendas, under the guise of anonymity - and there it is!! I don't know who you are or what property you are referring to, or even if maybe you're just a competitor joking around, so I will let my track record stand on its own and not give these comments any credibility. And thanks about my photo, I'd like to think that having lost some weight and changed my hair, I'm better looking now :) Have a blessed day!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Vero Beach, FL.
Kelly and her team were extremely helpful in the entire home buying experience. It was not an easy one but they made it bearable and we got through it. Go see them if you are ready to get the home you've always dreamed of!!!
