    Sold a home in 2011.
    We have bought two houses with Kelly and Con and sold one. From both sides of the table, we could not have asked for better representation. Kelly and Con are patient and helpful -- and, most importantly, honest -- during your housing search, no matter how long it takes to find the one to call home. Once you decide to place a bid, you have no better advocates in negotiating a contract, going through the inspection and working with other agents. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the processes of buying and selling and are on top of details that you didn't know you needed to worry about. Not only were we very satisfied with their service but so were other people we recommended them to. We can't imagine trusting anyone else with real estate decisions.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Livingston, NJ.
    Con did a great job in coordinating the search while my spouse had not yet joined me. Showed us houses that were appropriate for our needs and budget, explained pros and cons of houses and areas. Was organzied and kept me informed of what was going on with negeotiations, inspection, etc.

    I was very please with him and would definitely use him again if we were to buy or sell. Also a nice guy to deal with.…More Less

    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in West Orange, NJ.
    Working with Kelly and Con was a wonderful experience. They we awesome in helping sell my Mom's home in West Orange that was a real challenge. They handled everything and made what could of been a bad experience an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.
