We have bought two houses with Kelly and Con and sold one. From both sides of the table, we could not have asked for better representation. Kelly and Con are patient and helpful -- and, most importantly, honest -- during your housing search, no matter how long it takes to find the one to call home. Once you decide to place a bid, you have no better advocates in negotiating a contract, going through the inspection and working with other agents. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the processes of buying and selling and are on top of details that you didn't know you needed to worry about. Not only were we very satisfied with their service but so were other people we recommended them to. We can't imagine trusting anyone else with real estate decisions.
