Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Lincoln, NE.
Ken did a fantastic job of selling our current home and also assisting us with our new home build with Buhr Homes. He is very knowledgable and professional and got us top dollar for our home quickly. I would highly recommend working with Ken if you are selling your home or need an agent to help you find a new home.

We had an excellent experience working with Ken! He sold our home and helped us find a new home as well. He was knowledgeable, professional, and ethical. Ken made the entire process was smooth and easy, we would definitely work with him again. We would also highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Ken helped us buy our third house. He made the process fun. Ken was always there for us for our many many questions, and eased allot of our tension. We have lived in Lincoln for a year, I have not met anyone yet who knows this town as well as Ken. Thanks to Ken for helping us find "The Favorite House".

My wife and I used Ken Emmons to purchase our home in Lincoln. He has the most effective and efficient methods for determining the best fit between buyer and property that I've ever experienced. He is simply the best realtor I've ever worked with and we have bought and sold homes in three different states. Ken Emmons is the consummate professional. I am now in charge of a department at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln that hires several employees each year. I want to impress all potential hires with a first class experience in working with a realtor. Therefore, I use Ken exclusively for all potential employees who interview for a position at UNL.
