Her career started at Sotheby's International Realty assisting in the sale and purchase of North Side communities such as Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, Nob Hill and the Marina. Since moving to Vanguard Properties in the Mission District of San Francisco in 2007, she has brokered over $100 million in transactions in areas such as Mission Bay, SOMA, Potrero Hill, South Beach, Yerba Buena, Hayes Valley and The Mission.

During the financial downturn, Kendra emerged as a leader in REO and short sales. Working with asset managers and investors in both the acquisition and disposition of distressed properties, she was a valued resource to organizations including First Federal, One West, East West Bank,and the United States HUD. Kendra also worked extensively with individual property owners to successfully negotiate short sales and help her clients navigate the complicated short sale process with compassion ending in a successful outcome.

A native of Denver, Colorado, Kendra received her Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University and a BA from DePauw University. She resides in Cole Valley and owns investment property in Potrero Hill. Since moving to San Francisco over 13 years ago, she is a true neighborhood connoisseur and has resided in Lower Pacific Heights, Hayes Valley, Noe Valley, Glen Park, Alamo Square, and the Haight.

      Bought a home in 2014.
      Kendra is AMAZING! She is everything you want your Realtor to be. After working with two other Realtor agents in the course of a year and a half, from the beginning, Kendra listened to what I was looking for, was extremely attentive, very kind, communicated very well, and showed she is very knowledgeable in this competitive market. At our first meeting, Kendra got to work and setup alerts, gave me print outs of current condos in the areas I wanted to buy. We went through the printouts and sorted through what I liked and didn't like, giving her an idea of what I was looking for. COMMUNICATION is very important in this hot market, and Kendra is very on top of it! Any time I had question, or came a across a property that I liked, Kendra would reply with information and if she did not not have it at the time she would call or email back letting me know she would look into it and get back to me in a timely manner. And she always did! Being a first time buyer, at times I wouldn't really know what to ask or look for when touring condos, so Kendra was really helpful in this. During the tour of condos, Kendra would ask the seller’s Realtor imperative questions, give ideas of how to style or come about the property as well as point out positive aspects of the condo as well as possible setbacks in the property. There were MANY times where my offer was close to have being accepted; there were even a couple times were I was the backup buyer. I felt like those times it was so close, where I just needed my Realtor to push for me, to be a little more vigorous. I believe Kendra did that for me. She would always found a way to put together a competitive offer. It took Kendra one day to meet with me after reaching out to her to start working with me and a week after that one of my offers was accepted!! After having my offer accepted, being a first time buyer the process looked cumbersome and complicated. Every step of the way Kendra was there to support me; not only to help lessen my anxiety, but also to explain the details of what I needed to close in a short amount of time (two weeks); financial transactions that need to take place before I was able to make the new unit mine. She worked extremely well with my lender, making the whole experience trouble-free. And there, in 2.5 weeks from meeting Kendra after looking for a condo for a year and a half, I have a place that I love that I can call home. And I thank Kendra deeply for that.
