Personality is everything when you’re working with someone who’s your sales person. And yes, you’re hiring someone to sell for you whether that means putting your property on the market, or “selling” you as a buyer for a new investment. But my rule #1 is that the person shouldn’t FEEL like their selling all the time when they talk. Also, you have to know that your agent is truly on your side! With Kendra, it’s very clear where she stands (with you!).

The housing market in San Francisco is crazy! If it wasn't for Kendra, I could be living somewhere far away from the city. Thanks to Kendra, I live in a condo of my dream!
She understood my comfort zone that never pushed anything beyond that, and led me take the time to look for a property that's right for me. When I did find the place of my dream, she helped me write a letter to the seller. Apparently, the letter made a big difference for the seller when she was going through multiple offers. Also, the seller's agent got along really well with Kendra (because she's so amiable) that it may have influenced the seller's decision!? I am so convinced that I got my place because Kendra was my agent.

Kendra is AMAZING! She is everything you want your Realtor to be. After working with two other Realtor agents in the course of a year and a half, from the beginning, Kendra listened to what I was looking for, was extremely attentive, very kind, communicated very well, and showed she is very knowledgeable in this competitive market. At our first meeting, Kendra got to work and setup alerts, gave me print outs of current condos in the areas I wanted to buy. We went through the printouts and sorted through what I liked and didn't like, giving her an idea of what I was looking for. COMMUNICATION is very important in this hot market, and Kendra is very on top of it! Any time I had question, or came a across a property that I liked, Kendra would reply with information and if she did not not have it at the time she would call or email back letting me know she would look into it and get back to me in a timely manner. And she always did! Being a first time buyer, at times I wouldn't really know what to ask or look for when touring condos, so Kendra was really helpful in this. During the tour of condos, Kendra would ask the seller’s Realtor imperative questions, give ideas of how to style or come about the property as well as point out positive aspects of the condo as well as possible setbacks in the property. There were MANY times where my offer was close to have being accepted; there were even a couple times were I was the backup buyer. I felt like those times it was so close, where I just needed my Realtor to push for me, to be a little more vigorous. I believe Kendra did that for me. She would always found a way to put together a competitive offer. It took Kendra one day to meet with me after reaching out to her to start working with me and a week after that one of my offers was accepted!!
After having my offer accepted, being a first time buyer the process looked cumbersome and complicated. Every step of the way Kendra was there to support me; not only to help lessen my anxiety, but also to explain the details of what I needed to close in a short amount of time (two weeks); financial transactions that need to take place before I was able to make the new unit mine. She worked extremely well with my lender, making the whole experience trouble-free. And there, in 2.5 weeks from meeting Kendra after looking for a condo for a year and a half, I have a place that I love that I can call home. And I thank Kendra deeply for that. I highly recommend her.
