Sold a home in 2012.
Ken recently sold our home in Elmira and took us through the process of purchasing our new home. He was always accessible, knowledgeable, and willing to offer great advice through the process. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Corning, NY.
This agent has been helping me list and sell houses for about three years, he is very responsive, and is knowledgeable about the local market. A good listener, he and his partner Tricia really put the personal touch on buying and selling. Nice people to work with!

When we decided on a house, there were multiple offers already in place when we decided to make one. Our biggest fear here was that we would lose out on the house we loved by just a couple hundred dollars and not have a chance to submit a counter offer. Ken's knowledge of the negotiating process and past experience REALLY helped us in this regard. We were able to beat out other competing offers and stay within our budget to get the house we wanted on the first try. He also helped to guide us through the post-offer phase and keep us informed all the way through closing. We had also run into a zoning issue and he was working hard along with us to get it resolved and secure the financing. We were very happy working with Ken and would definitely recommend him to anyone else in the market.…More Less
