We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Longwood Landing, SC 29576
Spoke to him on phone, sent many e-mails back and forth and a date was set up months ahead of time when I was going to go to Myrtle Beach, SC. But when I got there , (something had come up) and he had a man I had never spoke to show me to different homes. I was very uncomfortable, being a single woman alone with a man I knew nothing about, nor him I. I do not feel Douglas was responsible and he was a very nice man but untactful, just the same. Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 in Murrells Inlet, SC.
I did most of my browsing online and narrowed my search to a few properties in Murrells Inlet, SC. I kept seeing Kent's face with a lot of stars next to his name in my search and decided to contact him with my preferences. He responded immediately as to what was available and scheduled as many showings as humanly possible during my two day visit to the area. After looking at a few, I just wasn't feeling it until we showed up at the little cottage I ended up buying! At the end of the day, his fine negotiating skills got me a price I was very happy with.
