Kent has been a hard working agent that totally knew what my wife and I were looking for. He showed us numerous houses, but he knew that we would find the right one for us. He did that and more. The house he found fit EVERYONE of the things we wanted on our wish list and then some. Kent is a dedicated real estate agent and really treats you like you have been friends for years. I wouldn't think of using or recommending another real estate agent then Kent Covington.

The main reason I chose Kent as my realtor was that he went to college specifically to pursue a career in real estate, something few others do. It showed he had a long term career interest and a dedication to the industry. On short notice, I decided to relocate to the Myrtle Beach area and enlisted Kent to guide me through the area. He immediately provided invaluable insight into the local area and what neighborhoods would meet my criteria. After an extensive exploration of the housing available, I decided to wait and rent for a year before making a purchase. This did not deter Kent and his level of professionalism never flagged. Since I live in New Jersey, some rental communities require a personal visit to prospective properties before agreeing to a lease. Kent went way above and beyond by visiting the units I had an interest in and suggesting his evaluation. As a result I have leased a beautiful townhouse in Pawley's Island and am looking forward to enjoying the many amenities offered by South Carolina. I highly recommend Kent for his competence, trustworthiness, knowledge and, yes, his great personality.
