We worked with Chris Swartz and his team for our Home Purchase. Chris Swartz, Shannon Gregory and Heather were professional, knowledgeable and provided us with great service. As First time home buyers we have several questions. Chris was always courteous, approachable and responded promptly to every question or concern. Chris made himself available as best as he can to respond to e-mails and answer any questions we had even if it is late in the evening or on the weekends. They worked with the lender to ensure that we have the mortgage commitment and the loan approval on time for closing. They transparently provided us various interest rate/closing cost updates on a daily basis and provided rate lock advisory. We would definitely recommend Chris and his team who is looking to buy a new home or re-finance.

We are so lucky to have found Chris Swartz of Keystone Funding! Chris made a complicated process "make sense". He answered our questions clearly and quickly (face to face, phone and email), and made himself available even while on vacation. We needed a FHA 203K Renovation Loan for our home and he helped walk us through the Contractor and Consultant paperwork, too. He (and Heather) are well organized (you only submit paperwork once) and he makes you feel like you are his only customer. He was thorough, knowledgeable and accurate - we recommend him highly and will be happy to work with him again.

I have refinanced with Keystone Funding multiple times and have recommended them to several family and friends. They are a true Upfront Mortgage Broker and great to work with. Each time the costs came in slightly lower than the estimates. Their rates are even better than my credit union, and they offer the flexibility of various rates with different closing costs or credits. This sounds like a fake review but I could not be happier and plan to use them again.

We just completed our first refinance, and decided to use Keystone Funding. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Chris and Heather's communication was excellent (we had many, many questions), and most importantly, the numbers you receive on the initial estimate are identical to what you see at closing, and they offer very competitive rates. Truth in lending indeed. The process was seamless throughout, from the application, to the appraisal and finally to closing.

As an added benefit to those in the DC area, the closing agent can come to your home, and all paperwork is completed in under an hour. I would encourage anyone looking to purchase or refinance to take a look at Keystone Funding (and you can do so without giving away any personal contact information by getting a quote on their website-- most other lenders demand a phone number or e-mail address before furnishing that information).

Chris Swartz and his team were fantastic guiding me through the new stricter lending process. I did not have to deal with any of the nightmares of resubmitting over and over documents requested but lost by the broker. I was getting frustrated with what seemed excessive document requirements by the lender chosen to fund my loan but Chis and the office staff kept me focused with the end result I obtained a lower rate mortgage with very low cost of refinancing. I was so impressed with the service provided at Keystone I plan on using Keystone again to refinance now that the rates are even lower!
