Realtor of the Year 2010!

On the beautiful Crystal Coast of NC. I am engaged in helping buyers&sellers understand investment aspects, financing opportunities and tax advantages during this incredible time to buy.Having fun in the sun on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. What can you do here? Boating, Fishing, Beaching, Golf, Kyaking, Jet Skiing, Walking, Biking, Hiking, Bird Watching, Historical Homes, Fort Macon, Festivals and more.

I love the small town atmosphere here in Emerald Isle. Near by towns include Swansboro, Morehead City, Beaufort, Cedar Point. We are less than a half hour drive to both marine bases at Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point.

I kyak in the sound. Walk the beach with my dog. Play with websites and computers. Go out on the boat with my husband and fish although that is more his thing than mine. He golfs well he's just taken up golf and once he is sure he's sticking with it I will give it a go.

Kathryn has been in real estate since 2000. She has worked for several airlines in the past and owned her own desktop publishing business before getting into real estate. Kathryn has called several cities home including Kansas City, Denver, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Houston, Amelia Island Florida, Caldwell NJ and Raleigh/Cary before landing at the Crystal Coast.

Her love of learning has led her to earn several designations: ABR Accredited Buyer Representative, CRS Certified Residential Specialist, ePro Internet Professional, PMN Performance Management Network, RSPS Resort Second Home Property Specialist, SFR Shortsale Foreclosure Resource, SRES Senior Residential Specialist and SRS Seller Representative Specialist.

These accomplishments represent her dedication to the profession and her clients. Prior to moving to the coast Kathryn was a member of the award winning Kelly Cobb Home Team, Fonville Morrissey, in Cary NC.

Kathryn has served her local REALTOR organizations as the Chairman of the Education Committee (2007, 2008). She has served a committee member for both Education and MLS for over five years. She teaches MLS classes at the board. In addition she has been involved with the Crystal Coast Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS as the Education Chairman, Secretary, President Elect and in 2010 as the Local Chapter President for WCR. Giving back to her community she teaches Google classes at town hall.
