Paul was very helpful in all areas and responded to any questions we had immediately. Paul was extremely easy to get a hold of by phone, email, text...and was always available to help.

I met Paul through a family friend after I had a conversation with them about how my previous realtor was not really working for me in the way I needed. I told the friend I was in need of a realtor who was a buyer's realtor and could do a lot of the legwork on identifying potential properties as soon as they hit the market. Working full time I needed someone who was not only willing to watch the market for me but also work around my schedule and Paul was both of these things, he would send me potential properties and set up viewings on weekends or in evenings after I got out of work, which was a big help.

Once we managed to find a property that was a fit for budget/location/amenities Paul was a wonderful help during the buying process. This was my first home purchase and Paul took the time to go over every document and lay out in understandable terms what my rights and obligations were through the process. He also has great insight into realty on both sides of the sale, and was more than willing to explain what exactly was probably going on over on the seller's side of things at points in the process in order to explain what I should be expecting to happen.

Overall Paul is a knowledgeable agent who's not afraid to tell you the real scoop, he's willing to be a proactive force for you that wont just sit back and wait for calls to be returned, and most importantly he will treat you with respect and not as just another closing.

Not that I intend to be in the market again anytime soon but I wouldn't hesitate to work with Paul again, and I certainly will (and have) recommend him to any friends and family who are in need of a realtor.

Paul was key to the listing and sale of four properties for me in 2011. His professionalism and enthusium is evident in the manner he executed his job and took care of his customers. I was kept apprised of progress from the date of listing to the date of sale. As a result of his proactive efforts, my properties sold quicker than I had anticipated. I have been associated with a other Real Estate agents over the years, Paul stands tall in comparison.

Paul was so in tune with what I was looking for he found my perfect home at the second place we looked. Paul was prompt, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Through his many business connections he was able to recommend a wonderful inspector, and another contact when the air conditioning would not come on. He was able to network and have the AC repair man there within the hour. Paul was recommended to me by a family member and I would absolutely recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Paul will get the job done!
